What do Customers receive?
- You will get an excellent raid run completed called Aberrus the Shadowed Crucible on a desired and the most difficult Normal mode.
- You will get the completion of two, four, six, or eight bosses at the beginning of the first encounter.
- Possibility of obtaining some nice items from levels 415 to 424.
- You will get an excellent option to get the loot for your character’s class-tier pieces.
- You will obtain some nice upgrade items for your gear, such as special fragments called Drake’s Shadowflame Crest.
- You will obtain all of the achievements for the deadly bosses’ deaths on normal difficulty.

Full gear
Raid leader will invite the Customer or Customer’s character to the raid, and give him as much loot as possible. However full loot priority is not guaranteed, and it is not guaranteed that Customer or his character will be the only character with such an armor type in the raid.
Loot otions for Vault Heroic Boost:

Group Loot
Customers will use the “Roll” option to have a chance to obtain the items for their class and specialization. It is done according to the new Blizzard loot system for the raids. It is a Random thing; no one can guarantee the exact number of items. All will depend on the Customer’s luck. No loot trade for this option, or not saved boosters, not rolling boosters required

Group Loot with items guarantee
Your character will receive the chosen item amount. It is guaranteed, if the guarantee is not solved – we will do an additional raid for you.
⚠️ Attention: Your character loot is counted (Your character loot the item = guarantee for 1 item countes as solved)
⚠️ Attention: Customer will receive at least one item in the raid, in the case if the Customer have not received anything – he gets an addiotional raid run on the following reset. If the Customer do not get the item in the 2nd raid, he will receive an additional Great Vault item. Option is up only for full raid run (9\9) -
Armor Type Priority
The Customer will receive a raid run with the chosen amount of non saved (clear raid CD for this week) boosters. Maximum 3 other customers in raid.
According to the booster’s amount, each Customer can loot minimum 4 items for the whole raid (Customers can choose more boosters = more guaranteed items).
All tokens and armor for your class and specialisation will belong to you in this raid.
Off set items, like Neckace, ring 1 and ring 2, back slot, two handed and one handed weapon and other weapon slots you have to roll with other people in raid.

Full Priority Run
Whole raid run with the chosen amount of boosters with clear raid CD for this week. You can invite up to 2 friends in raid. No limits, all loot is for you. You can choose more boosters to increase the guarantee (if guarantee will be not solved, raid leader will fulfill it on the next week with an additional run on the next reset

About the loot guarantee
The guarantee and items are not something that you can choose, and prefer one specific items to another. It is monimum number of random items your character receive, when 8\8 bosses are killed.
Also if you choose “Pass” to the item, that is for your class and specialisation – it will be still counted as guarantee delivery. -
Can I receive more than guaranteed amount?
Sure! The minimum item guarantee for the heroic raid is a promise of the bare minimum you will receive. However, with a touch of good fortune, you can receive even more loot. Rolling for additional desired items is always an option, even after the guaranteed amount has been reached.In the unlikely event that you receive fewer items than the guarantee, we will arrange a bonus run on multiple bosses in the next week to fulfill the promise.

How does Aberrus, the Shadowed Crucible Normal Raid Run work?
- Express speed – We will complete your order with a higher priority, and the completion time will be faster by 30%.
Additional options
- Broadcast – Want to spectate the whole process of farming items & completing your order? No problem, you will be able to do it. Our professional player will start the stream for you.
- I’d like to get a group loot – Our boosters will get you a regular option for all our insane service. Due to the entire raid completion – you will get an opportunity to obtain from one to two items. Since it’s a random drop – you will roll with other members of the group of boosters, we won’t be able to give you the guarantee of obtaining the particular number of insane items – especially when this is a single-boss run. It all depends on random. Chances of obtaining from one to two items.
- I’d like to get prioritized for both tokens & armor (available later) – You will participate in a team of desired professionals, a number of people with an available and clear CDS & three other customers. Due to the boosters number, each customer will loot at least four insane items by completing an entire run (you are free to boost the number of items up to seven of them). Right there, you roll a nice related to your tokens class & armor items. Items such as rings, cloaks, trinkets, necks, and weapons will be rolled for other players (customers as well). If you haven’t got your desired number of items – in the next week, we will get you the same completion of this nice service. Get at least four items.
- I’d like to get a full prioritized (available later) – Our professionals will get you a nice way to immediately gear your character up. You will stay the only customer in the team who grinds items, and we will get you some nice armor & tier tokens set to non-set armor, weapons, and trinkets without any limits.
