Gear : Gear can also influence the result a lot. In the price calculator, you will see the recommended item level for each rating. If your ilvl is lower - it will be a lot more difficult to carry you.

Q. Is there guaranteed rating?
A. No, you've bought coaching, and and there is no guaranteed rating.

Q. What should I do, if I don't like coaching?
A. After you go to arena with booster, you will have 1 game or 15 minutes(15 minutes restriction is done for situation, if the first game will be longer the 15 mins) to decide, if it is ok for you to play with booster. After first game, or during 15 minutes from start just tell support if it is ok and you want to proceed with booster. If you'll don't tell that you don't like during 15 minutes or after first game, or told us that you ok with this booster, you need to play with him at least one hour, and there will be ne refunds for coaching time if you'll don't like it in the end.
Rule : So - 15 mins maximum for Customer to decide if he want's to proceed with this booster. Or less, if already first game is done.
Time start counting from invite in game
If there will be no complains within this time, customer can't complain after coaching.
