Diablo 4 UPDATED Classes Tier List RESPONDING to Comment ATTACKS

🐺 HomeDiablo 4Guides – Diablo 4 UPDATED Classes Tier List RESPONDING to Comment ATTACKS

Hey what’s up, this is Librarian Husky. Today we are going to talk about our previous tier list guide, since we got a lot of dissent comments about it. First and foremost, our current tier list is mostly based on class performance in the end-game content, i.e. high tier NM dungeons.

And another thing, worth mentioning, that a big patch is going to be released very soon, with many balance changes and QoL improvements as well. Necromancers are going to get buffed, particularly, their Summoning builds, and we expect many other changes as well. Which means, we will have to revamp the whole tier list. Now let us get back to the topic.

Here is the previous tier list that we did before the recent patches.

  • OP) Empty
  • S) Barbarian
  • A) Rogue, Druid
  • B) Sorcerer
  • C)Necromancer

Barbarian

So, we have the Barbarian on the top, even after the post-launch nerfs it is still the best class in the game currently. Rogues and Druids are above average, then there are Sorcerors, and Necromancers are the last ones.

Druid

Now recently we got a couple of Druids builds, that have really insane single target damage, which was a weak point for Druids earlier. They might have some issues in early game, but it’s not as bad as you might think, and Druids still can level up quite easily. That’s why they are probably worthy to get bumped to S tier as well.

Rogue

Rogues keep themselves in A tier. With their mobility and anti-CC skills they can dominate in all phases of the game. However, in the end-game they, as well as Sorcerers, can struggle, while Barbarians and Druids still carry and able to clear high-tier NM dungeons solo due to a lot of damage reduction abilities paired with good AoE and single target damage. For additional survivability in the end-game Rogues might respec to ranged builds, like a Penetrating Shot build.

Sorcerer

We place Sorcerers in B tier, and Necromancer is definitely the weakest class in the game overall, so they are placed in C tier.

Sorcerers have issues with survivability in the end-game. They rely on their barrier and abilities, which make them Immune. But it’s hard to upkeep the barrier 100% of the time, unless you are making pauses between pulls, and when it drops, you can get one shot. Yes, they have great mobility and CC-breaking tools in their disposal, like Flame Shield, which buffs your movement speed, makes you Immune and breaks any CC, and Teleport, which can stun if you have Railment of the Infinite. Still, you are squishy and can get randomly one shot.

Necromancer

Now we are going to talk about Necromancers. First and foremost, Necromancers suffer from lack of mobility. And in the end-game, like high-tier NM dungeons farming, you need either mobility or the ability to break CC, which Necromancers lack as well, compared to the other classes. Their only option is Blood Mist, which has a 20 seconds CD, now let’s compare that with Druids, who have Grizzly Rage, Trample, Earthen Bulwark and so on, or abovementioned Sorcerers. But what we can say for sure, is that Necromancer’s damage has always been high.
