Top Lane Picks
Dr. Mundo
A champion that was already strong last season and has only gotten stronger with the top lane roll quest. If you like being so tanky that players tickle you while you one-shot them, Mundo delivers. His main weakness has always been his early lane phase, but in Season 16, with the new home guards changes, bad recalls are far less punishing.
- W usage: First 0.75 seconds stores up to 95% of damage as gray health. Let it run out for 50% heal, or reactivate near a champion for 100% heal. Use W when you expect burst, then reactivate while they are in range.
- Level 16 ultimate: Healing scales with nearby champions.
- E: Auto attack reset and wave tool. Last-hitting a minion swats it forward, dealing damage to everything in its path.
Runes
- Grasp, Demolish, Second Wind vs range or Bone Plating vs melee, Overgrowth; Inspiration secondary: free boots and biscuits.

Nasus Jungle
Jungle Nasus removes his biggest weakness: a useless early lane. You scale practically for free with up to 80 stacks from a single clear. Faerie buffs make invades and ganks harder, so even if the enemy jungler snowballs, Nasus can still scale. His W ganks are among the strongest in the game. At level six, with stacks, Wither, and ultimate, he stat-checks most meta AD junglers.

Mid Lane Picks
Malzahar
If you struggle with wave control, trading, or mechanics, Malzahar is ideal. He shuts down lane opponents while requiring minimal effort. After the first few levels, press E and W on the wave and you are done. Your opponent is stuck in lane while you roam. At level six, pressing R guarantees gank setup. Rylai’s makes your teamfighting strong: spread E, slow the entire team, and press R on divers.
- Comet with Manaflow, Transcendence, Gathering Storm; free boots and Triple Tonic. Rush Blackfire Torch into Liandry’s, Rylai’s, Deathcap, and Zhonya’s.
Annie
After recent buffs, Annie is back. Riot increased her Q damage and reduced her E cooldown to a flat 10 seconds at all ranks. She gains huge value from E for movement speed, range, and extra passive stacks. Her second-highest base auto range in the game makes her lane poke strong. Annie thrives at roaming and setting up engages with her ultimate. Take Comet over Electrocute for longer fights and multiple spell rotations.

Miss Fortune
For any bot laner looking for an easy ADC, nobody comes close to Miss Fortune. She requires minimal mechanics and her damage is exceptional. An auto into Q can chunk or one-shot most squishies. Support Picks
Nami
Enchanters are stronger than ever in Season 16, and Nami is arguably the strongest. She has a high skill ceiling but one of the lowest effective skill floors.
