1. SERVICES
Huskyboost provides online gaming related services including boosting, coaching and other digital gaming assistance services.
All services offered on the Platform are digital services delivered remotely.
Huskyboost operates as a platform that connects customers with service providers who perform the requested services.
2. ELIGIBILITY
By using the Platform, the User confirms that:
• they are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian
• they are the authorized holder of the payment method used
• they provide accurate and truthful information when placing orders
3. ACCOUNT ACCESS AUTHORIZATION
Certain services may require access to the User’s gaming account.
By purchasing such services, the User explicitly authorizes the service provider to access the gaming account solely for the purpose of completing the ordered service.
The User confirms that they are the rightful owner of the gaming account or have permission from the account owner to grant such access.
4. ORDER PROCESSING
Order Processing and Queue System
Order start times depend on the selected speed option and the availability of service providers (boosters).
Before the service begins, technical preparation may be required. This may include VPN configuration, connection setup, security checks, or other technical adjustments necessary to ensure stable and safe service delivery. This preparation time is considered part of the service setup process and does not count as a delay.
Orders placed between 00:00 and 06:00 Central European Time (CET) may be scheduled to start during the next working period.
Speed options determine the priority level of the order within the processing queue. Higher speed options provide increased priority, but they do not represent a guaranteed start time.
Estimated start times and delivery times displayed on the Website are approximate and may vary depending on queue workload, booster availability, technical requirements, or other operational factors.
5. DIGITAL SERVICES
All services provided on the Platform are digital services.
By placing an order and completing payment, the User acknowledges that service delivery may begin immediately after payment confirmation or within the estimated start time shown on the product page.
Once service delivery has started, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation according to the Refund Policy.
6. PAYMENTS
Payments on the Platform may be processed through various payment providers including but not limited to Stripe, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other supported payment methods.
By completing a payment on the Platform, the User confirms that:
• they are the authorized holder of the payment method
• the transaction is legitimate and authorized
• they have reviewed and agreed to the Terms of Service, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy
If the User experiences any issue with the order, we strongly encourage contacting customer support before initiating a payment dispute so the issue can be resolved quickly.
7. SERVICE DELIVERY
Service delivery may include in-game progress, coaching sessions, account progression or other digital results depending on the purchased service.
Huskyboost may record service progress including screenshots, internal order logs, and communication records for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
8. GAME RISK DISCLAIMER
The User understands that gaming services may involve certain risks depending on the policies of game developers or publishers.
Game developers may apply restrictions, suspensions, or other actions to gaming accounts.
Huskyboost does not control such actions and cannot guarantee that no sanctions will occur during or after the service.
9. PLATFORM ROLE
Huskyboost acts as an intermediary platform connecting Users with service providers.
Huskyboost does not own or operate the games associated with the services offered on the Platform and is not affiliated with any game developers.
10. USER CONDUCT
Users agree to interact respectfully with support agents, service providers and other users.
Huskyboost reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Platform and its services are provided “as is” and “as available”.
Huskyboost does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the Website or services.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, game names, logos and intellectual property referenced on the Website belong to their respective owners.
Huskyboost is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developers or publishers.
13. CHANGES TO TERMS
Huskyboost reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Website.
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
