Hello, summoners! Librarian Husky here, ready to guide you through the latest patch changes with a detailed look at the new tier list. Grab your notebooks, settle in, and let’s analyze how each champion is faring in Patch 14.21 Split 3.
Top Lane Champions to Watch
Now, let’s take a quick look at some of the best champions to play in the Top Lane. Our top pick for this week at all ranks is Darius, who has risen back to the S-tier. Darius is proving once again that he means business, showcasing incredible damage output, carry potential, and snowball capability. With a lead, he can easily take on multiple opponents, thriving in favorable matchups and holding his ground in tougher ones.
High ELO Choice: Riven
For those in higher ranks or looking for a strong champion to master, Riven is an excellent choice. She’s back in top form, winning an impressive number of games, especially in higher ranks. If you can consistently play her well, Riven offers one of the best options, rivaled by only a few champions in this patch.

Shen: The Top Lane Dominator
Shen is our must-pick or ban Top Lane champion this week, largely due to his impressive win rates across nearly every rank. Right now, Shen is practically unstoppable, making him an ideal choice. If you haven’t been using him yet, now is the time to give him a shot.
Jungle Champions in the S-Tier
Moving into the Jungle, the S-tier currently includes Graves, Kayn, Kha’Zix, Lee Sin, Lillia, Nocturne, Udyr, Viego, Warwick, and Zac. The Jungle role didn’t see many changes this patch, aside from a few nerfs to Fiddlesticks, Elise, and Karthus, bringing them down from S-tier to A-tier. Viego also received some nerfs but remains strong in the S-tier.
The Current Jungle Meta
The S-tier lineup features a mix of solo-queue powerhouses like Graves, Lee Sin, and Kha’Zix. Jungle players now have a broad selection, from AP champions and tanks to heavy sustain options, offering diverse choices to match any playstyle. Overall, it’s an exciting patch to be a jungler, with options for all preferences.
Nocturne: Best Pick of the Patch
Our top pick for the jungle in this patch is Nocturne. Recent Lethal Tempo changes have boosted his performance, but he was already a strong pick. With a durable item build, high damage, and swift jungle clears, Nocturne excels at taking objectives and performing powerful ganks. Although he’s frequently banned in lower ranks, players in higher ELOs often overlook him, making him a great choice for climbing.
Graves: The Jungle Powerhouse
Graves takes the crown as one of the most dominant jungle picks in this patch. When he’s viable, he’s often overpowered, requiring practice to optimize jungle clearing and maintain efficiency and tempo. Once you master him, you’ll quickly realize just how powerful he can be in the right hands.
Kha’Zix: Must-Pick or Ban in the Jungle
Our must-pick or ban jungle champion this patch is Kha’Zix. The “bug” is back, and there aren’t many better solo-queue champions for carrying games. Kha’Zix has always cycled through periods of being overpowered, and he’s now back in top form, making it the perfect time to start playing him again.
Mid Lane S-Tier Champions
Moving to the mid lane, our S-tier champions include Ahri, Anivia, Cassiopeia, Corki, Lux, Sylas, Syndra, and Vex. Corki’s buffs have made him especially strong, almost to the point of being broken. Kiana has also moved back to A-tier with her recent buffs, and Talon saw significant improvement as well. Aurelion Sol, Galio, and Zed, on the other hand, felt the impact of recent nerfs.
Swain’s Rework: Awaiting Buffs
Swain’s rework has yet to live up to expectations. The changes introduced are unique and intriguing, but he remains underpowered at the moment. With buffs expected in the next patch, there’s potential for him to become strong, though he risks being overbuffed and instantly dominating the meta.
AD Carries in the Current Meta
Moving into the AD Carry role, our S-tier champions include Ashe, Corki (once again), Jhin, Jinx, Kog’Maw, and Seraphine. Kai’Sa has dropped from S-tier to A-tier in the overall tier list but remains S-tier in high ELO, where Caitlyn also thrives. Sivir was moved up from B-tier to A-tier last week after her buffs and retains that position, as does Zeri, who has also seen an improvement.
Ashe: A Top Pick for All Ranks
Right now, Ashe is performing incredibly well across all ranks. Her consistent poke, strong 2v2 potential, and perma-slow abilities make her an ideal choice. Her arrow-based crowd control sets up excellent ganks, and her scaling allows her to handle late-game scenarios effectively, making her a reliable carry for any team.
High ELO AD Carry: Caitlyn
For high ELO, Caitlyn is a top pick in this patch. Her ban rate in Diamond 2 and above is currently at 133%, reflecting her strength in capable hands. Early Collector rush is a popular trend for AD Carries right now, which Caitlyn leverages well. She excels in early game damage and transitions into a dominant turret-taking and poke-focused ADC.

Corki: Must-Pick or Ban in the Bot Lane
Corki is a clear must-pick or ban in the bot lane, as he’s overwhelmingly strong right now. If Corki is unavailable, Kog’Maw is another viable option. In the right matchups and team compositions, Kog’Maw can deliver tremendous late-game damage, making him a valuable alternative.

Top Support Champions in the Meta
In the current S-tier for supports, we have Janna, Lulu, Nami, Poppy, Rell, Senna, and Thresh. While last patch didn’t bring too many changes to this role, Senna received some nerfs but remains in S-tier. Thresh also saw nerfs yet holds steady in the A-tier.
Overall Support Pick: Nami
Our top support pick this patch is Nami, who has been delivering fantastic results throughout the split. She excels with her mix of utility, crowd control, sustain, poke, and even surprising damage. Her E ability empowers allies for extra burst, making her incredibly versatile. While Nami-Lucian is still a powerful combo, she pairs effectively with almost any ADC, making her a great support to main.
High ELO Support Choice: Rell
For high ELO, Rell stands out as one of the most reliable playmaking and engaging supports. Despite her short range and punishable nature, Rell shines with her ability to initiate fights and set up devastating wombo combos. With a team that can follow up on her engages, she becomes an invaluable asset in controlling team fights.
