Hey, guys, today we’re going over the top buildes and runes in patch 25.11, let’s go!

Top ADC Builds and Runes for Patch 25.11

Unsealed spell book has made its way back into a phenomenal spot on a few champions after its recent buffs, while Senna has another new build for ADC that’s making her incredibly strong and so much more as we bring you guys 10 of the most OP new builds and rune setups for patch 25.11.

By taking Spellbook, you also get access to Hex Flash, which can be really nice to have in the Midgame to help Singed set up flank angles. The full rune page consists of Spellbook with Hex Flash, Biscuits, and Cosmic Insight, while Solarity and Nimbus Cloak are for secondaries.

The standard build for Singed revolved around a Liandry‘s rush into Rylai’s second and Dead Man’s third. There’s a new build that Set players have been picking a lot more often over the past two patches, and it revolves around Warmogs as a core purchase. The reason Warmogs is finding a lot of success right now as Set’s third purchase is due to how well it synergizes with his second item being Overlord‘s Blood Mail.

The passive on Overlord’s converts 2.5% of your bonus health into AD. So with Warmogs providing a 1,000 health, you’re gaining 25 AD from purchasing the item. So with this setup, Set becomes incredibly tanky but still has very respectable damage output as well. The setup makes the champ a lot more forgiving due to the margin for error that you have with all the health stacking. So especially if you are newer to Set, we would highly recommend that you give this build a try for 25.11. The complete core will consist of a Stridebreaker Rush into Overlord second and Warmogs third.

Fiddlestick’s Jungle Build Optimization for Patch 25.11

It’s really important that you run the correct rune page with this build as you’re going for Conqueror as your keystone rune. And then it’s vital you take Overgrowth in secondaries. Overgrowth provides you with an additional 3.5% max health when you farm 120 minions. And because Overlord’s Blood Mail converts bonus health into AD, this actually means that Overgrowth is providing you added AD on top of the health.

Fiddlestick’s jungle has a new optimal setup that you need to be running for 25.11 as the AP item changes have shifted build priority. With Liandry’s getting nerfed, it’s no longer winning the most as Fiddle’s rush item. Taking its place and outperforming right now is Hextech Rocket Belt. Rocket Belt was actually buffed in 25.10. So its relative power against Liandry’s has gone up significantly. In total, it’s been over a 400 gold value swing in favor of Rocket Belt. So it’s not a surprise to see Rocket Belt is the highest win rate rush for Fiddle.

Rocket Belt thematically has always been a pretty nice item for Fiddlesticks because of its active as it provides you that gap close, which is great to have after alting into a fight. Now, even though you are not rushing Liandry’s, it’s still a great second pickup for Fiddlesticks. The fact that Liandry’s was even an optimal rush item in the first place on so many champs just goes to show how broken it was because technically the item provides more value the longer games last. The passive on Liandry’s provides a burn that deals damage equal to 2% of the enemy’s max health. So grabbing the item second or third is still a good play on a lot of champs. Fiddle’s rune is going to consist of Electrocute with Cheap Shot, Grizzly Momentos, and Ultimate Hunter followed by Axiom Archinist and Transcendence for secondaries. So as a result of the Lich Bane changes in 25.10. We have been seeing the item pop up a lot more on Gwen and winning at a very high rate. It’s actually the two-item core of Lich Bane and Rabadon’s that has been absolutely popping off for Gwen jungle. The total cost of that two-item core got reduced by 400 gold in 25.10. So, you’re able to hit a much earlier mid-game spike.

You just have so much upfront burst with this setup and are playing Gwen more like an assassin than an AP bruiser. Gwen can get really good use out of the spellblade proc from Lich Bane because her Q is on a 3.5-second cooldown at max rank. So, in an extended skirmish, you’ll be able to proc the spellblade passive multiple times. For Gwen’s rune page, you can play it standard and take Conqueror. However, First Strike is really underrated when playing this more bursty build. First Strike will provide some additional upfront burst, and because this setup bursts so hard, you’ll also be receiving a nice influx of gold from the rune. When Unsealed Spellbook used to be a good rune, Twisted Fate was a champion who had really good success with it. And it’s looking like that’s the case once again now that Spellbook has been buffed. Analytically, there was no other rune that came close to Spellbook in 25.10 on Twisted Fate.

Tf’s Optimal Rune Setup and Itemization Changes

The rune was only being played in about 10% of TF games, but his win rate was above 52%. TF’s next highest win rate keystone was Comet at 50%. So, Spellbook has been outperforming by a significant margin. Much like Singed, TF is another one of those champs who likes multiple summoner spells. So, Spellbook makes a lot of sense on him. Instead of being bootstrapped to Flash and Teleport for the entire game, being able to swap over to Ghost for the Midgame can feel amazing for team fights. While Exhaust, Barrier, or Heal are all great swaps if the enemy comp has a fed assassin who keeps trying to take you out in fights. Teleport is nice to have for that insurance early on in lane, but because of Twisted Fate’s are Teleport becomes less valuable in the later stages of the game, so swapping it out for other summoner spells is amazing.

So, here’s the full rune page you should be taking on Twisted Fate for 25.11 as it’s Spellbook with Cashback, Biscuits, and Jack of all trades, while Second Wind and Unflinching are for secondaries. And it’s not just the rune page that has changed over the past patch on TF as Rocket Belt as a rush item is a very underrated pickup. We’re seeing Rocket Belt a decent amount in the higher elos on Twisted Fate and it is his highest win rate rush item. So Rocket Belt into Lich Bane and Rapid Fire Cannon is the three-item core that you’ll want to try as the catch power with this build is absolutely insane. And speaking of Rocket Belt, there’s another mid-lane champ that you want to start running the item on being Galio.

It’s finally looking like Galio is back to having a really strong offensive setup for 25.11. For the longest time, Hallowed Radiance with Rift Maker has outclassed everything else on Galio, but Rocket Belt is a legitimate contender. Now, you’ll still want to grab Hallowed Radiance into majority magic damage comps, but if the enemy comp is more mixed damage or don’t have any magic damage at all, you should highly consider building Rocket Belt. The two-item core has you taking advantage of two items that were buffed in 25.10 with the Rocket Belt Rush into Storm Surge second. The active from Rocket Belt is great for Galio to help him close the gap and get in W range. And then Storm Surge is going to offer up some really nice burst threat for when you reach that target. For the rune page with this build, you can grab Phase Rush followed by Manaflow, Transcendence, and Scorch while Second Wind and Overgrowth are for secondaries.

So with Senna ADC getting buffed last patch, enough time has passed to where players have finally uncovered the optimal builds for her. In our 25.10 OP builds guide, we featured the Ghostblade rush setup on Senna, and that build is still a great option for her, but there’s an alternative that is outperforming slightly better. This alternative build consists of a Static Shiv rush with Black Cleaver second and Fire Cannon third. So with the Shiv and Cleaver two-item core, both items do a really good job at masking some of Senna’s major weaknesses. First off, with Shiv, you are getting the added wave clear strength from its passive.

And this is really nice for Senna because she lacks the ability to shove out waves quickly from her kit alone. With Black Cleaver, you get some much-needed durability as Senna is a very vulnerable ADC due to lacking a gap closer. And then Senna has the ability to stack up the Black Cleaver passive extremely fast, so she gets really good value out of it. Now, for a more extensive breakdown of Senna builds with side-by-side damage comparisons of viable setups.

Lethality Miss Fortune Build

You’re rushing Umbreal and going Opportunity second and then third item will be Ghostblade. So, it’s a much cheaper three-item core than the more popular crit setup on Miss Fortune and it’s going to work best for you in games where you’re up against the majority squishy comp. By going for this setup on MF, you’re really maxing out on movement speed as you’ll have Swiftness boots, the movement speed passive from Opportunity, and the movement speed active from Ghostblade. So, if you’re into a comp that is higher mobility that are going to be diving into you, the build can be of great value. For the rune page with this lethality build, you want to take First Strike as the keystone rune, followed by Cashback, Biscuits, and Jack of all trades, while Manaflow and Gathering Storm are for secondaries.

A strategy that’s been going around in the higher elos lately consists of buying a Catalyst and just sitting on it for the entire game. And that strat is looking quite strong for Trist right now. We are seeing the strategy mainly being used on mid-lane mages, but it makes a lot of sense on a support like Trist. Pro support Mickey X is the one who’s been using this setup on his Trist, so there’s good credibility behind it. Of course, the main reason to why sitting on a Catalyst is actually a viable strategy now is due to the fact that the item was buffed back in 25.7 with its mana and mana restoration passive increased. Trist wants mana and he wants health as Winter’s Approach has been a core item on him for quite some time.

But if you go for this Catalyst rush, you can actually bypass the Winter’s Approach. What Mickey has been doing is rushing the Catalyst and then going into Locket second. So a complete core build would look like Catalyst into Locket and then Knight’s Vow while Dream Maker is the item upgrade. Mickey has actually been running a completely different rune page than what you see most players run as he’s been going Aftershock instead of Glacial Augment with Catalyst rush and then Aftershock for the keystone. You just have a lot of durability early on in the game. You also get access to Presence of Mind as well, which is vital to pick up since you won’t be building Winter’s Approach.

A build that will make its way back into meta on Vel’Koz for 25.11 is the Horizon Focus Rush. Horizon Focus used to be a great rush on Vel’Koz last season, but then it fell out of meta, but with the buffs it’s receiving this patch, you definitely want to be rushing it once again. Cost is dropping by 100 gold and AP is up by five, so it’s not a crazy buff. But Horizon was already Vel’Koz’s highest win rate rush item prior to these buffs despite its lower play rate. So you really want to be prioritizing it in 25.11. The reveal passive from Horizon Focus has amazing value for Vel’Koz because he’s able to use his Q as not only a poke tool but a vision tool as well.

Instead of having to face-check brushes, you can just throw out your Q from long range and if it hits, you then get vision on the enemy. And then for the second item on Vel’Koz, what’s been working great but is also very underrated is Blood Letter’s Curse. You now only need four stacks to reach the maximum magic resist shred on Blood Letter’s. So for a champ who has a ton of AOE damage like Vel’Koz, you can get really great value out of the Blood Letter’s passive. In a big team fight, you have the potential to reduce the magic resist of multiple enemies. And then you’re also getting 400 health from the item, which feels great to have on a more vulnerable champ like Vel. For Vel’Koz’s Rune Page, look to grab Dark Harvest with Cheap Shot, Eyeball Collection, and Relentless Hunter, while Manaflow and Scorch are the best secondaries.
