Founding History
Hero Boosting got its start in 2016, created by a Singaporean named Nicholas, who’s chosen not to reveal his full name. Despite only having an O Level education and zero background in marketing or running a business, Nicholas decided to take a chance and launch a boosting platform aimed at helping “frustrated gamers” rank up.
Before launching Hero Boosting, Nicholas was already deeply involved in the gaming world. He was a passionate League of Legends player and even worked for LoL Academy, a well-known name in the boosting scene. He eventually relocated from Singapore to Europe to work with them, gaining experience before starting his own venture.
According to Nicholas himself, the first version of the Hero Boosting site was “hot garbage” and barely worked. Because of that, he ended up rebuilding it not once, but four times, until it reached the version users see today.
The original site was put together on a shoestring budget, costing somewhere between SGD 200 and SGD 400. But things changed with the newer version—by 2020, Nicholas had invested around SGD 20,000 into marketing alone. That kind of jump shows just how much more he was willing to gamble the second time around.

As of now, Hero Boosting provides services for games like Apex Legends, Dota 2, League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, The Finals, and Valorant. These include standard boosting, where a pro plays on a customer’s account to help them rank up, as well as coaching sessions where experienced players guide clients to help sharpen their in-game performance.
There are also game-specific extras available. For instance, “Low Priority” boosting is only available for Dota 2, since that’s the only title that includes that particular feature.
