The Process of Linking Your Email

1) Link Google Authenticator

Ensure that you link your Google Authenticator in the Password and Security section of your account.

2) Set Your Email as a Password

Set your email as a password if this option is currently disabled.

3) Provide Your Login Credentials

Send us your Epic Games login and password to initiate the linking process.

4) Login to Your Account

We’ll log into your account and only require the verification code to proceed.

5) Access the Security Section

Access the Password and Security section and provide us with the code needed for entry.

6) Enter a Non-Russian Phone Number

Please provide a phone number that is not from the Russian Federation, as Epic Games does not support numbers from this region.

7) Log Out and Share Registration Details

After logging out of your account, provide us with the registration details for the transfer (email and password). Please note, we cannot keep the old password; however, we can set a new one and inform you, allowing you to change it after the transfer is completed.

8) Share Verification Codes

You will need to share the codes received via SMS and Google Authenticator with us.

9) Confirmation of Successful Linking

Once everything is ready, you can log in using the registration details we provided to verify the successful transfer.

10) Remove Personal Information

After verification, please delete my phone number and Google Authenticator if you still haven’t linked your account.

11) Change Your Account Password

For added security, change the password on your account once the process is complete.
