Good morning, evening, or afternoon, everybody. It’s Librarian Husky coming at you with some exciting updates. Today, I want to take the time to show you everything we can do right now in Phase 6. As always, we get the patch just two days before we receive most of the juicy, meaty content, while we have already started our bug farming. They have really held off on all the content until tomorrow, which is Thursday, November 21st. However, many changes are available, and there are things you can do right at this moment.

New Additions in Phase 6

There are quite a lot of new features that have been added with Phase 6. Many people thought Phase 6 would only focus on raiding, but they were very wrong. The developers have been active and have added a ton of new content to the game. It is very cool to see them consistently take proactive steps to tweak things that have been bothering usβ€”those little inconveniences that affect our gameplay experience.

Changes in Boss Drops

One of the biggest changes we have noticed is that reels are now dropping off bosses. I did my normal Tuesday raid that I always doβ€”ZG, Blackwing Lair, and Thunderinβ€”and I got 18 tarnished underminer reels. The bosses in Blackwing Lair are dropping them consistently; Thunderin dropped three, and as for ZG, I don’t remember if any dropped. Overall, it was a great experience for reel acquisition, and we ended up with a lot of reels.

New Implementations and Changes

It is just awesome to see that these changes have been implemented. We are getting reels off the bosses. You just have to make sure that you’re looting them. While not many new gear pieces have been added for reels, there are a lot of new toys available, along with materials and consumables that allow you to create some really cool things.

Thunder Changes and Visual Effects

I want to show you a little clip from last night. You can see the Thunder changes, which include a really cool visual effect. We just killed Thunder, and a few changes were added. There is a little rune at the bottom that you can see during his storms, making it much easier to avoid damage. Thunder now also tarnishes under mine reel.

Quick Tips and Additional Features

These are just some of the changes we’ve noticed while raiding, and I wanted to give you guys a quick tip. As you saw, that is the new thundering effect, and I thought the runic effect was really cool. I even messaged a friend about it, and he said he was unaware of the Thunder changes. It was a funny moment, but there are many additional changes they have implemented, including a new menu for toggling your interface.

Classic vs. Modern Guild UI

You can actually toggle on the classic Guild UI instead of the modern one, allowing you to use the classic interface as opposed to the modern version.

Interface Changes and New Features

So if I press J here, it only goes to Classic UI. I actually had a weak aura that allowed me to bypass this limitation. While it’s not a significant change, it is related to the interface section. You can turn off the old UI and access the new Guild UI; however, the tab is completely gone now, so I no longer have access to both interfaces, even with the weak auras and other options that I might have. This is something really awesome.

Blood Moon Event and New Items

As you can see, we are here at the Blood Moon event for Zul’Gurub. The new items are actually available at the Gashi Arena vendor, and I will definitely head there to show you that towards the end. But right now, we’re headed into Zul’Gurub. Before we do that, there’s one more new feature to highlight: the Looking for Group tool is actually in the game. It is available now.

Looking for Group Tool

I noticed this feature on the PTR and pointed it out to people, but it is now present on the official live servers as well, which is always cool to see. If you want to do a raid, you can do that. Even if you are locked out, this is a super cool feature. I’ve noticed that if you are saved to a raid, it will highlight your status, showing “8 of 8.” However, as you can see, it’s only for Blackwing Lair right now; I am saved to Zul’Gurub and Crystal Veil too, but we see absolutely nothing with those.

PvP Activity

We also have a little world PvP happening with some hunters up there shooting at playersβ€”just the typical PvP server activities that occur. But it’s really cool to see this dynamic in play.

A Cool Trick in ZG

So I’m going to go ahead, and this is a cool trick by the way. If you guys didn’t know, when you’re in ZG and you’re re-clearing, you can take the Boon of the Panther, which will allow you to be stealthy. Then you can just kind of run through ZG like this. You can even mount up and do it too. As you can see, we are stealthy but we have our Boon of the Panther, which is really nice for getting to where we are headed.

Tips for Efficient Clearing

Just another small little tip that you can use: if you know you need to re-clear ZG while your lockout is still there, it can be very helpful. Anyway, I’m going to the point that we’re headed to show you the new stuff, and I will see you then. So we are here in ZG, where you normally turn in your idols. This guy right here is an NPC known as The Reckless.

New Quests and Rewards

You can start the Savage Guard quest chain for a Libum of Rapidity, Protection, and Focus, which are the original ones from Phase 4 and beyond. You can give him one of those Arcanums and receive Savage Guard, which permanently adds 10 nature resistance to either a leg or helm slot. This can be very useful for preparing your nature resistance sets for various bosses in AQ that require it.

Preparing for Future Challenges

Building up your nature resistance set is essential so you are ready for Visitus, as it can be rather challenging otherwise. It’s definitely important that you guys are aware of this change in the game. Now I’m going to head to the Gashi and show you those new PvP features that are coming soon.

Exploring the Gabos Arena

In the Gabos Arena, located at coordinates 3148, players can interact with vendors to obtain valuable items. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, it’s a great place to collect coins and acquire a variety of rewards, including the useful PVPtrinket and blood cakes. The blood cakes are particularly beneficial for trading silver coins.

Gear and Equipment

The Gabos Arena offers a range of gear that is stamina-heavy, making it ideal for tank characters. One notable item is a cape that provides 16 strength and 10 agility. While it may not surpass some PvE gear, it still holds significant value for new characters that have just been leveled up.

New Mounts and Incentives

Players can also acquire two new mounts: the Blood Caked Tiger and the Blood Caked Raptor. These mounts feature a distinctive bloody effect, adding a unique flair to your collection. The arena presents numerous incentives to participate, especially if you are in need of gear upgrades.

Comparing Gear Options

When evaluating gear, players may compare items such as the Dragon Slayer Medallion. While the medallion offers more agility and stamina, it prioritizes attack power over defense. In contrast, if tanking mechanics allowed for defense to enhance attack power, players might find the medallion a more attractive option. Overall, engaging in PvP events at the Gabos Arena can yield rewards comparable to traditional PvE achievements.

Classic Game Changes and New Features

I think it really captures the spirit of classic gaming. This change provides players with more reasons to visit, which is always good to see. As you can observe, the bodies are starting to pile up at the arena; it becomes an absolute madhouse when those three-hour marks occur. Anyway, I am heading to Booty Bay for the final thing to show you.

Exploring Bubbles at the Port Authority

As I demonstrated on the PTR, we are here at Bubbles within the Port Authority, just outside where you normally interact with RCK and Pix ZX for your standard Undermine vendor. As you can see, nothing new has been added to Pix, but you can come in here and talk to Bubbles to acquire all the new, exciting toys. You can obtain your Bush, a World Shrinker, and a Whimsical World Warper, along with various items from Neron and Sunken Temple.

New Toys and Their Features

You can buy fun items that allow you to transform into a dragon or other creatures. These transformations last for five minutes and have a fifteen-minute cooldown. Notably, for the Undermine Reel, I currently have eighteen reels available, and I could buy a World Shrinker if I wanted to, which indicates that it pulls reels from my bank.

The Bottomless Noggin Fogger

Now, regarding the big item that everyone wants to discuss: the Bottomless Noggin Fogger. This item offers 200 charges and costs only 200 Noggin Foggers. This is a change from the PTR; however, it requires 200 individual Noggin Foggers to obtain the 200-charge Noggin Fogger.

Game Mechanics Overview

In the game, you can bring a total of eight items, allowing for a maximum of 1,600 charges. If you truly want to utilize this feature, you can gather 1,600 Noggin Fogger charges. While I personally do not use it, it’s worth noting that Druids particularly enjoy the Noggin Fogger.

Class Changes and Updates

There have been significant changes to the Hunter and Shaman classes. It’s essential to check the updated list of changes if you’re interested in learning more. I may not have all the expertise on this topic, but it is straightforward.

Trap Mechanics

The Lock and Load mechanic activates whenever you use a trap, and it doesn’t require the trap to explode to proc. For instance, you can place a freezing trap at your feet, and it will trigger Lock and Load.
