Moon Knight plays the role of a dynamic Duelist in Marvel Rivals, known for his ability to control space and deliver quick, high-impact bursts of damage. His kit is all about smart positioning, pinpoint accuracy, and making clever use of his Ancient Ankh to pull off powerful chain attacks.

How Moon Knight Plays

If you’ve played Overwatch 2, Moon Knight might remind you a bit of Zenyatta—he mixes long-range attacks with tools that control the battlefield, and he has solid mobility to boot. His Crescent Darts and Moon Blade can bounce off both enemies and his Ankhs, letting him hit targets even when they’re hiding.

  • Basic Attack: Crescent Dart – Fires three crescent projectiles that can ricochet up to three times between enemies or Ankhs. Each hit deals 25 damage, though the damage slightly drops with every bounce.

Abilities

  • Moon Blade – A slow-moving projectile that can bounce off targets and Ankhs up to three times. It hits for 80 damage on the first impact, with reduced power after that. Each enemy hit also gives Moon Knight 25 health, up to a maximum of 100 bonus health.
  • Ancient Ankh – Places an Ankh that pulls in enemies within a 5-meter range, dealing 20 damage and setting them up for bouncing attacks. The Ankh stays active until it’s taken out.
  • Moonlight Hook – A grappling hook that pulls Moon Knight to a chosen location, helping him reposition or escape danger quickly.
  • Night Glider – Lets him glide through the air while holding a button, great for dodging or finding a better angle in a fight.
  • Rising Leap – A second jump that adds height to his movement, giving him more freedom to move around vertically.
  • Triple Eclipse – A close-range combo with his truncheon. The third strike launches enemies slightly into the air, disrupting their positioning.

Ultimate Ability

Hand of Khonshu – After a short delay, Khonshu’s talons rain down in a small area, striking repeatedly for 75 damage each over a few seconds. Best used on grouped-up enemies due to its limited range.

Team-Up Ability

Lunar Force (with Cloak & Dagger) – Activates a special zone called the Light & Dark Realm. While inside it, Moon Knight becomes invisible, giving him more options to either engage aggressively or retreat safely.
