Welcome, fellow adventurers, to another exciting guide from Librarian Husky! In this guide, we will delve into the latest Patch notes, covering all the essential updates and changes coming your way.

Patching notes are up, and I am a bit late. We’ll focus on the key points. The update is scheduled for the 24th of July for all regions. If we review the Codex, we have the Risk and Rally limited-time event, Season 29 Battle Pass, Revenant Market returning event, feature update, and regional specific game editions.

Risk and Rally Limited-Time Event

This event focuses on dungeons. You can now attempt to complete dungeons as quickly as possible, aiming to be in the top one to three for top rewards, in the top four to 15 for good rewards, and the top 16 to 100 for decent rewards. Every 12 hours, there will be a new dungeon to speed run. These include the CF Echo, Forgotten Tower, Mad King Breach, Temple of the Mari, and the Twist Dungeon.

Risk and Rally Leaderboard Rewards

Every 12-hour leaderboard will offer some rewards. If you rank high enough on the Risk and Rally leaderboard, you will receive Demon Dash (30 days), Arcan Nur Aura cosmetic, five Legendary items, four legendary crests, 100K gold, dust, and scrap. This is for the top one to three. For the top four and five, you will get the Nimbus Aura for 14 days, one legendary crest, gold, dust, scrap, and some Legendary items. For the top 16 to 100, you get Nimbus for seven days, Legendary items, and a legendary crest.

Season 29 Battle Pass

We have our first glimpse at the new Battle Pass 29. Let’s check it out: Barbarian, Wizard, Tempest, Monk, Demon Hunter, Crusader, Necromancer, and finally, the Blood Knight. The Battle Pass 29 will begin on August 1.

Phantom Market Cosmetics

This update brings back some older Phantom Market cosmetics. If you haven’t obtained them yet, now is your chance. If you already have these cosmetics, they will also be available for the Blood Knight and the Tempest. You will have the option of choosing which one you want when using your Returner Orb to convert for the orals during this event.

Returning Events

Returning events include Fractured Plane, Conqueror, Hungering Moon, Fire Blower, and Shitty Star. These events provide various opportunities and rewards for players.

PvP Feature Update

There are some feature updates for PvP. If anyone has the Cheat Death skill active, you will see a silver bar around their HP, making it easier to target your enemies. If someone doesn’t have the silver bar, it will be much easier to defeat them. It also shows if they have the Savior skill active or other skills such as Barbarian’s Undying Rage, Phoenix Ashes five-star gem, or Cheat Death from the Baron or Three. This will also work for your character, displaying your health bar with a silver frame around it.

Blacksmith Placement

A new blacksmith is being placed near the Blood Dungeon area. This will make it much easier to Salvage items while completing the Path of Blood.

New Drops and Battleground Changes

CER Aaban can now drop Monster Essences from chests. In the Battleground, the spawn time for Defenders will change depending on how close the attackers are to pushing the idols and winning. We will see how this impacts gameplay.

Paragon Tree Changes

There are some changes to the Paragon tree. Paragon specialization can now be activated from the central node of the tree. Your last set of activity skills with each specialization will be remembered, making it more efficient to switch between specializations.

Armory Optimization

You can now save different reforge loadouts for various builds. This is particularly useful for maintaining different builds for PvP and PvE. I plan to take full advantage of this update. The convenience of switching specializations has been greatly enhanced.

Automatic Navigation

When using automatic navigation, you can utilize dash skills like the Wizard’s Teleport and other similar skills without interrupting the navigation. This feature streamlines movement and skill usage in the game.

Casket and Hel Qu Changes

The casket for the Tempers has been updated. The Internal cooldown between trigger waves is increased from 0.5 seconds to 1 second, but the damage is also increased by 100%. For Hel Qu, when you defeat a Hel Qu boss, the chest will automatically open, simplifying the looting process.

Regional Specific Game Additions

The Barbarian cosmetic can be seen in the Wrath of the Berserker form in regional-specific game additions. Many players would like to see their Phantom Market cosmetics when they are in a rage. Unfortunately, this feature is not yet available in the global version.

Exciting Events

I am eagerly anticipating the first event, which is the Risk and Rally limited-time event. I look forward to participating in leaderboard speed runs. Let’s see if I can make it into the top 15. It will be interesting. That’s all for this minor update. Signing off, and see you all in the next one.
