Hey, Librarian Husky here, bringing you a Deadlock tier list. I know there are plenty of tier list articles out there, but I will keep this one very short. I will also include chapter breakdowns so you can jump directly to the specific hero you are interested in. It’s important to mention that I am not a competitive scrims player—just a high-ranked solo queue player, and that is the perspective I’ll be sharing from.

Abrams – Strong Early Game

Starting with Abrams, I’m placing him in A-tier. He is very strong in the early to mid-game, especially during the laning phase. If Abrams gains a lead, he has the potential to end the game early. However, his performance diminishes significantly in the late game, where he tends to fall off.

BBop – Potentially Dominating

Next up is BBop, and I’m also placing him in A-tier. A well-timed hook in any MMR level can almost guarantee a kill. BBop can be quite oppressive, especially if opponents are not investing in counters like reactive barriers to reduce his impact.

Dynamo – The Ultimate Powerhouse

Dynamo earns an S-tier ranking. Despite the recent nerf in the latest patch, his ultimate remains incredibly powerful. It’s particularly effective when paired with abilities like Rejuvenator Stills or in combination with other ultimates like Pocket ult or Seven Al. Even beyond his ultimate, his kit is solid, but the strength of his ultimate alone justifies his high ranking.

Gry Talon – A Fragile Option

Finally, I’m placing Gry Talon in C-tier. The only time Gry Talon seems effective is when players opt for an ult-focused build. However, Gry Talon is just too squishy, and without that specific build, he’s not particularly impactful.

Gry Talon – Lacking Damage

I don’t think Gry Talon does enough damage, and if certain heroes like Shiv or Yamato get on top of him, he’s pretty much dead at that point. His squishiness makes him vulnerable, and he struggles to make a significant impact in most situations.

Hayes – Dropped to B Tier

I’m placing Hayes in B tier. Before the patch, she could have been considered S or A tier depending on your perspective. However, after all her nerfs, she has dropped to B tier. While still solid, her impact is not what it used to be.

INF Fernus – A Good, Not Great Hero

INF Fernus also lands in B tier. He’s a good hero, but not overpowered. If he gets enough farm, he can definitely take over a game, and his ultimate works well with Rejuvenator steals. However, he’s not dominating, and I think he’s in a balanced spot right now.

Ivy – Solid A Tier Support

Ivy fits well in A tier due to her excellent map presence and ultimate. She provides great support abilities and adds significant value to any team. Overall, her versatility and team contributions make her a solid A-tier pick.

Kelvin – Still S Tier

Kelvin remains in S tier for me. His kit is excellent for shutting down key carries like Wraith and Hayes. His ultimate can shift team fights by isolating crucial targets. Despite his Dome nerf, which affected its interaction with Rejuvenator, Kelvin’s tank role continues to be highly valued.

Gist – A Fun Pick

I’m placing Gist in B tier. While I love playing Gist, his overall effectiveness in comparison to other heroes leaves him in a lower tier. He has some interesting abilities, but they aren’t enough to boost him higher in competitive play.

Lash – A Tier with Game-Changing Ultimate

Lash is a great character, and I place him in A tier. A well-played Lash can take over a game, and his ultimate is often the deciding factor in crucial moments. A good Lash ultimate on Rejuvenator guarantees a steal, and that alone pushes him into A tier in my opinion.

Mo Krill – Dominating A Tier Tank

Mo Krill is another A-tier hero, especially with his ability to secure kills using his ultimate. Tanks are performing exceptionally well in the current meta, and Mo Krill’s ultimate, when paired with items like Shadow Strike, can easily dominate. In solo queue, tanks are essential, and Mo Krill thrives in this environment, often outmatching squishy compositions.

Paradox – A Tier with High Skill Potential

Paradox lands in A tier, particularly because of his high skill ceiling. At lower MMRs, Paradox may not shine, but in the hands of a skilled player, his swap ability can guarantee kills. If you manage to silence the enemy before swapping them back to your team, it’s almost a guaranteed elimination. The enemy team must play cautiously, respecting Paradox’s potential.

Pocket – Controversial S Tier Pick

Pocket is a bit controversial, but I’m placing him in S tier. While he may sit between S and A tier, his damage output and escape potential are undeniable. Once Pocket gains a decent amount of farm, he can deal massive damage during team fights, easily assassinating carries and escaping danger with ease. This makes him a strong S-tier pick in my view.

Seven – Limited by Ultimate

Seven is controversial in high MMR matches. In low MMRs, his ultimate can feel oppressive, but in high-level play, it becomes much less effective. Players can line-of-sight him, making it easier to step out, land a headshot, and step back in with minimal damage. His S3 build has potential, but it requires extensive farming, which limits Seven’s overall viability in competitive games.

Vindicta – A Snowball-Dependent B Tier

I’m placing Vindicta in B tier. A heavily farmed Vindicta can take over a game, becoming extremely oppressive due to her range. However, if she fails to snowball and build up with her ultimate’s extra Souls, she doesn’t feel as impactful. While she’s good, she doesn’t consistently dominate, which is why she lands in B tier.

Warden – Strong Early but Falls Behind

Warden also belongs in B tier. He can take over games with constant rotations and ganks, using Veil Walker to ambush opponents and quickly secure kills. However, if Warden falls behind, his role as a close-range bruiser becomes difficult, as he needs to stay close in team fights. His vulnerability from behind keeps him in B tier.

Wraith – The Best Split Pusher

Wraith earns an A tier spot as arguably the best split pusher in the game. Her blink ability provides her with excellent mobility and safety, while her three can take down Guardians and Walkers swiftly. Additionally, her ultimate remains effective in team fights, especially after fully upgrading it, making Wraith a versatile pick.

Wraith – A Very Strong Character

Wraith is overall a very good character, excelling in various aspects of gameplay. Her ability to split push and stay mobile makes her a versatile and effective pick in many team compositions. With her blink and strong team fight presence, Wraith continues to stand out as a valuable choice.

Yamato – S Tier Solo Lane Dominator

Yamato is undoubtedly S tier, especially in solo queue. If left to farm in a side lane, Yamato can easily take over the game. With the refresher build, she becomes nearly unkillable, constantly resetting her ultimate and making it extremely difficult to deal with her. Despite receiving nerfs, her strength in the solo lane remains formidable.

Shiv – Still S Tier Despite Nerfs

Shiv also remains in S tier. While he received nerfs in the latest patch, they were not enough to diminish his overall effectiveness. With his knife bleed build and full rage, Shiv can dish out significant damage, especially with the ricocheting knife. His tankiness combined with his damage output keeps him solidly in the S tier.

Viscus – A Tier Solid Tank

Viscus is an A tier tank with the ability to save teammates at crucial moments with a well-timed cube. There’s also an interesting build involving Shadow Strike, where Viscus can essentially assassinate a carry with the goo ball build. This combination of tankiness and versatility makes him a strong pick.

Mirage – Still Being Optimized

Mirage is not yet included in this tier list, as there is still much to be optimized in terms of his build. While Mirage shows potential, it will take more time to see how he fits into the current meta and whether he can compete at higher levels.

Mirage – A Solid B Tier with Potential

There’s an echo Shar build circulating with a tornado, and some gun builds as well. If I had to place Mirage in a tier, I’d probably put him in B tier for now. He seems good but not great yet. However, I suspect there are players who will find a build that makes him quite strong, especially with his Global ultimate.
