Pick up the next quest from Khadgar In the Shattrath City, and it will lead you to a certain dungeon, located in Tanaris, in Caverns of Time. It will take place there. However, in order to get into this dungeon, you first need to meet the requirements.
First, get to the Caverns of Time and talk to the dragon waiting for you there, Steward of Time. Accept the quest, fly down the mountain, hand it in, and pick the follow-up. It will require you to follow a guardian for around 10 minutes. The next task will tell you to complete the Old Hillsbrad dungeon. The entrance to that instance is located to the right of the gigantic rotating sandglass, where many trees grow. Head in there and complete all the quests you can find inside.
