Hey there, and welcome back to Husky’s website! We’re glad to announce a new boost in Shadowlands, featuring Sylvanas kill on heroic difficulty this time. You will learn a lot about the battle at this difficulty, so make sure not to skip too much! And just like that, here we go.
The whole challenge will become available on the 6th and the 7th of July for US and EU realms, along with the raid itself. You’ll get 246 item level gear from slaying the Windrunner and the Feat of Strength. Your group will get 3-6 items per boss killed according to the number of people in the group. A minimum of 15 players in the raid will get three equipment pieces, and the additional five characters in the group will increase the reward by 1. This increases up to 30 people and six items. So please do the math before attempting to kill the last heroic boss in Shadowlands, Sylvanas, or let our WoW boosting service do the technically challenging for you.
Let’s look at the second actual challenge level of the Windrunner. Keep in mind that it is not a straightforward guide on how to do the fight since all we have available is information gathered at PTR servers. This data would, and most likely, will change. The whole battle lasts for three phases, and we’ll go through every one.
During heroic phase 1, Sylvanas uses an appropriately named ability called Windrunner, which boosts the speed of her actions and becomes significantly more challenging to kill, even for our SL service. To be precise, she dashes across the battlefield, executing multiple abilities in quick successions, such as Withering Fire, Shadow Daggers, and Desecrating Shot. The first skill will hit several random players, inflict Shadow Damage upon each hit, and apply a stack of Barbed Arrows, which causes your character to bleed. The second ability is an AOE DOT, which damages anything it hits once per second for 9 seconds. The third ability represents a volley of arrows, also known as swirls, that rain across the encounter space in different patterns. It can be just three lines or random cascades, and so on. Try your hardest not to get struck by it, as it inflicts significant damage. During all that, heroic Sylvanas dashes all over the ground, buying time, but it is still possible for the Shadowlands carries to hit and kill her, or, to be precise, the air where she originally was before the next dash.
In addition to all these powerful skills, Domination Chains, yet another spell, is at her disposal. It fires several Domination Arrows, indicated by big swirls you’re not going to miss, and after a bit, the projectile will land, dealing heavy damage to anything they hit. It will bind and pull the closest player regardless of whether it hit someone. The bound character will receive ticking damage and progressively pull towards the epicenter. Moreover, the longer the arrow stays alive, the greater its pulling effect will grow. If the chained player gets too close to the center, they will receive 80k Shadow Damage, which is less than optimal. However, it will also reset all stacks of bleeding afflicted by Barbed Arrows. Hence, the bleed reset mechanic. Remember this information presented by our WoW boosting service, and it will come in handy while trying to kill Sylvanas at the heroic difficulty in SL.
Heroic Sylvanas are very difficult to kill without a boost or an SL service.
Ultimately, near the end of the phase, she cast a colossal swirl, Veil of Darkness, enshrouding a large portion of the boss room with dark fog. Tanks must avoid getting hit by this ability by any means possible since it will decrease all healing received by 25%. In addition to that effect, the debuff will spread and affect other participants if this character gets overhealing. In practice, this spell is easy to avoid – stay out of the massive swirl. Another essential thing to mention regarding tanking this particular boss. If you are not near Windrunner, she will switch her melee attacks to ranged. Yes, running away won’t work, but you could tank from anywhere in the room if you manage to keep the anger. Sylvanas in the heroic mode in this Shadowlands raid will keep even the best WoW kill-boosting service providers busy. However, while in a ranged stance, she will gain a stack of Ranger’s Heartseeker every five seconds, and upon reaching five stacks, she might replace her basic attack with a burst of Ranger’s Heartseeker. That will allow her to fire several arrows in succession and deal massive damage. And afflict Banshee’s Mark, a DOT for 18 seconds on top of that. Sounds good? Wait, there’s more. She might get six stacks and fire use her rapid-fire ability twice in a row, literally bursting the tank.
The moment her health reaches 80% point, an intermission starts. The boss starts taking 99% reduced damage and chains every player in the raid to Domination Arrows. On top of that, she will rip off literal chunks of Torghast and throw them directly toward a player called Big Lines. If anyone gets hit, they take 250k unavoidable damage. In addition, debris will occasionally fall from the ceiling, dealing even more damage at its landing spot. What did you expect? Too long, didn’t read edition: destroy binding chains ASAP and have to dodge tons of swirls and avoid Big Lines while also getting pulled towards your arrow in an ever-increasing effect. You’re facing heroic Sylvanas herself, and it shouldn’t be easy, so consider buying an SL carry to kill her. After a certain threshold is passed, she will cast Banshee Weil, an AOE circle around every player in a raid, which deals more damage the less health you have, interrupts, and silences in the end. We’re still not sure if it’s time or not.
When all of that is done, phase 2 begins. The whole group will get teleported, while Bolvar, Thrall, and Jaina will do their best to assist the heroes in chasing Windrunner. Thrall and Jaina will help by creating earth and ice bridges across the chains, allowing the participants to pursue her. The boss will be mostly immune to damage due to the Banshee Shroud throughout this phase. Heroic SL Sylvanas drops it occasionally, allowing us and our WoW boosting service team to smack her a bit, nearing the kill. We’re not sure if it’s intended, and it might still get fixed. Anyways, in phase two, she will fly around invulnerable and stop from time to time to cast Banshee Weil, which you know from intermission, and Ruin, an interruptable cast that deals over two hundred damage to the whole raid if it has not been interrupted. Her other skill is Haunting Wave, which sends out waves in a circular pattern, damaging and pushing players back. Make sure not to get moved off the chain! She also uses Veil of Darkness and Shadow Dagger from phase 1. But we must carry on and progress the heroic fight with Sylvanas and ultimately kill her in Shadowlands; no matter the cost, we will buy it.
Buy Sylvanas Kill on heroic difficulty since this SL fight is hard to carry.
Now, the big part about phase two is the Mawsworn Commanders. There’s a Vanguard, Hopebreaker, Souljudge, Summoner, and Goliath Mawsworn. These will spawn on different platforms as you cross the chain links, and you need to finish them off before Thrall creates new bridges. Remember that these ads have unique abilities, but we’re not going to discuss every single one. But these skills range from curses and debuffs that need to be dispelled to tank slappers. There are going to be 8 to 10 ads at every spawn. Keep on defeating them to catch up with Heroic Sylvanas, just like our WoW Shadowlands boosting team provides the kill services with haste. She will also keep you busy at that time by utilizing some of her earlier mentioned abilities. So as you keep fighting these ads, you’ll also have to dodge big shadow AOE spells, be careful not to fall, and spread entirely during the Shadow Weil.
When you have chased the boss far enough, the group will get teleported to Arbiter’s Chamber, thus starting phase 3. During that fight, you’ll also see the Jailer and Anduin. Four floating platforms players can go through in the chamber and the middle. Anduin resides in the middle one, and if anyone tries to go there, he will smite you out of existence. However, players can jump to four other platforms to avoid or deal with Windrunner’s various phase three abilities. Let’s see what new Heroic Sylvanas has gained and what our boosters will do to kill her during every Shadowlands service.
The big new mechanic there is the Bane Arrows. Occasionally she will shoot out a volley of arrows that will rain down on all four platforms, dealing 6k damage to players upon impact and creating a bane pool on the ground. If a character moves into it, they absorb it and get afflicted with Banshee’s Bane. It deals with ticking Shadow Damage and stacks. A new bane pool is created if a player with such debuff is dispelled. To prevent the participants from ignoring Banshee’s Bane, the boss casts Banshee’s Fury, inflicting DOT debuffs on all group members and erupting everyone affected by the Banshee’s Bane, dealing even more damage per stack. She’ll also destroy the current platform she’s on after a bit with her Raze ability, meaning, as the fight progresses, you’ll lose space to deal with her mechanics. Sylvanas is by no means an easy opponent on a heroic level. After all, we’ve even designed an SL kill service that will boost your story progression. She’ll also maintain her previous abilities, such as Veiling Arrow, Veil of Darkness, Banshee’s Scream, and Shadow Darkness. The latter is different in the last phase, firing in lines around the boss instead of affecting random targets.
So pretty much, the assumption here is: half players soak the pools on all platforms the boss isn’t on, dispel, get rid of them when she destroys the platform, and use the other footholds to dodge stuff like the Veil Of Darkness and, potentially, Banshee’s Scream, depending on how much space you have or need. That’s pretty much phase three based on what we know so far. Hopefully, Developers will fundamentally change not much in the release. But we did all we could to provide you with assistance. If you need help catching up, check out our other WoW boosts and get up there. Until we meet again, see you.
