I was happy with... read more the service. To be frank, my scheduled time got changed twice, but remember this isn't a production line. There are always external factors that may impact how long something takes etc.

Some things to note:

- they let me join up with a heroic BOD run impromptu before my heroic EN run. I had to use coins to roll on boss loot and got a nice piece but mainly got AP and to see pros run the encounter

- don't expect battle Rez. To get the loot you have to down the boss. To down the boss the best folks to do it have to be standing. If this was you, you wouldn't have needed this service. Don't be button sore if you spend most of the time watching as a puddle

- the raid leader was very very considerate and helpful. I think it helped that I wasn't greedy. I was there for my MS, and if something was good for my OS, which I really don't play, I let it go. I think his team then rolls on it. So be kind to folks and it pays forward. He made sure I got an extra piece I could use, I'm sure as a result of that.
