Greetings and welcome back to our website! Today, we will be talking about Faction Gear and how to boost its effectiveness in New World. We’ll go over its cosmetic features as well. Without further ado, let’s begin.
You all already know that there are three sides of power in the game: the Mauraders, the Covenant, and the Syndicate. Each of them offers unique armor sets. The equipment varies by tiers and classes. This means the armor sets are not only going to be looking armor differently based on the light, medium, or heavy type, but also based on its level tier.
Let’s take the Syndicate’s equipment as an example. There are four tiers, starting with Adept, which is available from 15 to 24 levels, Scrivener is next, for 25 to 39 characters, following with Chronicler for everyone within 40-59 boundaries, and concluding with the Alchemist rank for avatars of 55-60 level. At level 10, by the way, you need to decide which side do you want to join. And you’ll have one attempt to switch it later. So make sure to check the looks of each armor type beforehand!
NW has a perfect atmosphere, and faction gear is what boosts it the most.
The appearance of the equipment belonging to either Mauraders, Covenant, or Syndicate is cool and unique compared to simple sets. But no matter how epic could a faction gear set looks, you can’t ignore stats in an MMO like New World, these are the most important to boost. As usual, the armor you can get from your group’s merchant is not as good in protective numbers. However, if you are absolutely sure you need to have this equipped, we have a solution for you.
Let’s say you’re buying the Syndicate heavy helmet of Adept tier. It has Strength and Constitution as bonus stats by default, but what you actually need is some other stat. And yes, you really want this exact helmet. Because of style, armor value, or for any other reason really. But if you are using a weapon based on some other stat, let’s say it’s a Rapier. So you want Dexterity on it. Since the helmet does not have Dexterity on it, there is no way you will be able to wear it… Unless you follow our guide!
Just go back to the vendor and there is something called Seals. There you have the Occultist, Cleric, Brigand, and the Barbarian seals. These are items that let you change the stats on your faction gear in a certain service, boosting its usefulness for your New World character. The Occultist gives you Intelligence, Cleric gives you Focus, Brigand gives you Dexterity, and Barbarian, of course, gives you Strength. As the second stat, they all have Constitution attached to them.
You can buy gear of any New World faction with Husky’s carry.
After you’ve purchased the helmet with Strength and Constitution on it, but you are using a Dexterity-based weapon, just go ahead and get a Syndicate Brigade Seal. They only cost 100 tokens. After picking one up, head to either an Outfitting Station or a Blacksmithing Station, depending on the armor weight. use the Outfitting Station for Light and Middle classes, and Blacksmithing for Heavy. Since we purchased a Heavy helmet, move to the Forge.
Right at the top-left, you can clearly see your Syndicate helmet under the “Seals” tab. In order to alter it with the Seal you’ve got, the piece of equipment has to be inside your inventory, not equipped. Otherwise, it will not be available. Click the craft button, and your piece will get Dexterity instead of Strength on it. Now, it benefits your weapon choice! That’s the advice of our boosting service on how to just change the attributes on the faction gear, making it usable for any NW class you play since it improves your damage now.
Well, that’s it! We’ve told you how to keep on using the piece of equipment you can’t part ways with! With our help, you’ll always be fashionable. We’ll continue on providing you with usable guides on other pages. You can find them through our main WoW boost page. Husky will be waiting for you! Cya!
